ALL SALES ARE FINAL (HYGIENE POLICY)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry sales are final. We do not accept return or exchanges on any items once they have been purchased.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We only accept refunds or replacements if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible:
* You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
* The item must be unused and in its original packaging
* You must provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

* A replacement, or
* A refund to your original payment method
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Jewelry items (for hygiene reasons)
* Sale items
* Gift cards
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
SHIPPING ISSUES
IV Piercing & More is not responsible for:
* Delays caused by shipping carriers
* Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier directly.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
